30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy the book and decide it isn’t for you, write to hello@emotionalcomingout.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase. You don’t have to explain why. We’ll refund your money.

This guarantee is given voluntarily, beyond what the law requires for digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

How it works

1. Send an e-mail from the address you used at checkout, ideally with your order number. It is on the receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
2. We confirm the refund, usually within 2 business days and at the latest within 14 days.
3. The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Good to know

The refund is issued in full, in the currency you paid. There is no limit on how much of the book you may have read. We only ask that you don’t keep or share the files after a refund. The guarantee does not cover obvious abuse, in particular repeated refund requests by the same buyer.

Faulty files

If a file is corrupted or won’t open, write to us. You are entitled to a replacement file or to a refund, regardless of the guarantee above.
