2. What we collect and why
- Purchase data (name, e-mail address, country, payment details) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, in order to complete the purchase, issue a receipt, handle taxes and deliver the download links. The legal basis is performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy.
- Your e-mail address, only if you choose to leave it in the “Stay connected” form. It is used solely to send occasional, non-promotional messages from the author, on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail or by writing to us.
- Correspondence you send us, for example a refund request, is kept for as long as necessary to deal with it and to meet legal obligations. Tax documents are kept for the period required by Czech law.
3. What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or pop-ups. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Processors
Cloudflare (hosting), Lemon Squeezy (payment, receipts and delivery of the files) and [e-mail service] (the mailing list). Data may be processed outside the European Union by these providers under appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent and to data portability. Write to hello@emotionalcomingout.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
